  • Scheduled Production Updates: Updates are scheduled for production deployment one week after testing. The process continues with or without your additional testing unless you request a hold.

Additional Work Requiring a Quote:
While the monthly service covers routine updates and fixes, some tasks may require more extensive work and will be quoted separately:

  • Major Issue Resolution: If issues from an update require more than an hour to fix.
  • Server OS or PHP Upgrades: Upgrades to the underlying server software or PHP versions.
  • Unsupported Modules: Replacement of modules or plugins that are no longer supported in the latest CMS core versions.
  • Core CMS Upgrades: Larger version upgrades, which often involve resolving compatibility issues, are outside the standard patching scope.
